Anna Xinistery has twenty-five years of experience in Human Resource Management and fifteen years in project management. She has worked in Human Resources Departments of organizations, ranging from small to large, whilst the last fifteen years she has been working as a Human Resources Consultant, Project Manager and Trainer. Her line of work focuses on setting up and restructuring HR departments, from design to implementation. This includes HR related diagnostic research, preparation of policies and procedures, staff manuals, appraisal systems, training needs assessment procedures, recruitment, delivery of trainings/seminars/workshops, drafting of contracts, conducts business analysis on requirements of information systems and whatever may additionally be required in a modern Human Resources Department. Anna Xinistery holds a Master’s Degree in Administration (MBA), specializing in Human Resources and Information Systems Management, as well as a Master’s Degree in Public Administration (MPA). She is a certified HRDA Trainer and a certified PMP – Project Management Professional (Project Manager) as per PMI – Project Management Institute, USA.
