Chrystalla is a senior Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience in Human Resources Management, including extensive experience in senior leadership roles and as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
She brings a strong combination of strategic HR leadership and hands-on consulting expertise, supporting organizations in building effective people practices that are aligned with their business strategy and evolving organizational needs.
Her areas of expertise include HR Strategy, Organizational Development, Job Evaluation & Grading, Salary Structures, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition & Recruitment, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and HR Policies & Frameworks.
Prior to moving into HR consulting, Chrystalla served as CHRO, working closely with executive leadership and the Board to shape and execute the organization’s people strategy and HR roadmap. Her experience includes the design and implementation of performance management frameworks, 360-degree feedback and calibration processes, leadership development initiatives, employee engagement and recognition programmes, compensation and benefits practices, flexible working frameworks, and employer branding strategies.
In her consulting role, Chrystalla works closely with organizations to understand their business and people challenges and translate them into practical, sustainable HR solutions. She supports clients in developing organizational structures, evaluating and grading roles, designing salary frameworks, strengthening performance management practices, developing HR policies and processes, and attracting and selecting the right talent.
Her approach combines strategic thinking with practical implementation, enabling organizations to build HR frameworks that support business performance while strengthening employee experience and organizational culture.
Chrystalla holds an MA in Human Resources Management from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
