Health and Safety / Labour Law – Trainer

MIMIS THEODOTOU

Background

Mimis is a trainer at KESEA, and is responsible for delivering training on topics of Employee Relations, Health and Safety, Gender Equality, and First Aid. 

He is an industrial Relations & Health and Safety Advisor. 

He holds a master’s degree in Industrial Relations and Health & Safety from Middlesex University in the UK.

He also holds other professional certificates such as: External Protection and Prevention Services, Training Assessor Programme First Aid, and he was an Equality Counsellor in 2010. Additionally, he has participated in other seminars and programmes such as Fire Safety and Fire Risk Assessment seminar, First Aid Instructor seminar, Violence Against Women in the Workplace and Cooperatives of Employment and Services in Rural Areas seminars.

He worked at SEK, from 1984 to 2002. From 2002 he started working at ETYK as a Trade Union Executive and Labor Relations and Health and Safety executive and from 2014 to 2021, he held the position of Head of Education and Secretariat KEK, INE and ETYK.
