Andreas works at KESEA as a Senior Associate Consultant.

In addition to his responsibilities as a Consultant, he is the Head of KESEA Academy, working closely with clients to describe their training needs, fulfil the HRDA standards for funding and with the trainers to ensure the needs are met, whilst giving feedback to clients through training reports.

As Quality Manager, he has led his team to achieve ISO certification ISO9001:2015, as well as its subsequent maintenance, while he is an approved Internal Inspector of the Standard. 

He provides consulting services to companies for the development of ISO systems and prepares them for their certification. 

He is also a Certified Associate in Project Management (Project Management Institute, USA.

Andreas Ketonis holds a degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a master’s degree in Management, Technology and Quality from the Open University of Cyprus.
