Mike is very energetic and radiant, always willing to offer assistance where needed. He is responsible for designing KESEA’s seminar content and material. Additionally, Mike has been involved in various projects focusing on Performance Management Systems, Compensation & Reward Systems, and quantitative and qualitative analysis of Employee Engagement Surveys. Moreover, Mike is very technologically savvy and is responsible for software and hardware upgrades at KESEA. He holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of East Anglia in the UK and an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Cyprus.
