At KESEA, Foteini is mainly responsible for recruitment-related procedures such as conducting interviews and preparing job descriptions. Additionally, she is involved in KESEA’s Career Guidance and Coaching services. Foteini actively participates in project management, content creation, and promotion of the company’s activities through its social media accounts. Foteini holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in School Counseling and Guidance, as well as an MSc in Human Resource Management.
