Athanasia is mainly involved in providing HR consulting services at KESEA. She is determined, dynamic, and customer-centric in her approach as an HR professional. She is responsible for structuring and restructuring performance management and evaluation systems, preparing deliverables such as job descriptions, policies and procedures, and employee manuals. Moreover, Athanasia is passionate about project management and is involved in developing tenders as well as proposals. Athanasia holds a BSc in Sociology and an MSc in HRM from the University of Cyprus.
