KESEA, a boutique human resources and management consulting company, needs a reliable, well-organized Office Administrator to join the team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the smooth operation of the office
- Greet visitors, answer incoming phone calls and deliver world-class service to our customers
- Coordinate appointments and meetings and update calendars and schedules
- Prepare booklets/manuals for seminars
- Order office supplies
- Handle any problems related to company’s equipment and organization
- Provide administrative support in projects, trainings and other work
- Assist in accounting procedures
- Update the information on website and social media channels
- Undertake the responsibility for other office activities such as recycling, cleaning, event planning etc.)
- Other related tasks
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in an Administrative position
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and technology in general
- Hands on experience with office machines
- Relative degree or diploma is an advantage
Necessary skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
