Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate hiring and onboarding procedure
- Participate in developing HR Policies and Procedures and ensure their compliance
- Maintain HR database and employee records up to date
- Analyze and review training needs; Oversee Learning and Development matters
- Collaborate with management and identify training needs for all staff members
- Consult supervisors and managers on leaderships skills
- Conduct personal development classes for staff members
- Create post-training evaluations, tests and assessments
- Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions and terminations
- Ensure the implementation of the Performance Management System and provide reporting to management
- Conduct appraisals, self-appraisals and assessments thereof
- Manage organizational and company culture
- Adapt to new trends and technologies for remote working
- Provide budget proposals to the management for the HR department
- Monitor the HR function with HR metrics and analytics
Your qualifications and profile:
- BS and/or MS/MA degree in Human Resources or another related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in a human resource related position, with duties relating to the above
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Certification (ANAD or equivalent) and proven experience as a training instructor will be considered as an advantage
- High emotional intelligence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and supervisory skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
