Founded in 2006, KESEA is a specialized consulting company that deals with strategy, organization, management, recruitment, and executive development. KESEA provides consulting services including, among others, recruitment services, designing job descriptions, creating performance management systems, training programs and seminars, preparing, implementing, and delivering seminars, with detailed analysis/measurements whilst also integrating change management seminars, helping to achieve the objectives of the companies and executives it advises in a meaningful and effective way.

KESEA has been operating as a certified Vocational Training Centre (VTC) of HRDA since 2019, where it deals with the entire enrichment and modernization of professional knowledge for the executives of organizations participating in the training. Over 15,000 participants have benefited from training services, more than 1000 organizations and companies have benefited from consultancy services, more than 200 projects have been implemented and more than 7,000 seminars have been designed and implemented during the years of operation of the VTC.

Since its operation, the KESEA has been growing steadily and slowly, gradually adding more services. Thus, in 2021, it joined the services it provides and recruitment/staffing services, organizations, based on the legislation of the Private Employment Search Agencies Act 2012, and operates as a private employment search agency. Specifically, it is engaged in advertising and promoting vacancies from clients in various sectors, assessing applications, and interviewing, with a view to filling the position with the most suitable person. Always making sure the candidate experience throughout the entire process and the result, is the best candidate-client match.

Throughout its years of operation, in addition to the services it provides, KESEA has also given back to society through its CSR-CSEA corporate social responsibility program, which focuses mainly on youth employment issues and people with disabilities. As such, KESEA participates in charitable and/or voluntary activities and events, providing free services to charities and contributing with donations.
