Organizational restructuring is the process of conducting an organizational assessment to identify areas of competence, improvement, and potential risks and applying the findings to implement strategic solutions. As part of our advisory services to organizations, we propose methods of organizing and reorganizing structures, through a thorough study of existing hierarchies, processes and systems. The identification of inefficiencies within the organization, will facilitate the organization to be able to streamline its processes by eliminating redundant and unnecessary programmes and processes and move its focus towards higher priorities.
